General description of HES objectives and responsibilities to establish and implement the prevention steps to avoid any loss possibility, especially harm to personnel, damage to properties and environment.

This procedure is valid to all PT BINA RASANO ENGINEERING workplaces, employees, included its contractor, sub-contractor and supplier, who are directly involve or being invited to take part in head office, fabrication shop or project execution.

HES is the responsibility of any PT BINA RASANO ENGINEERING employee, its contractor, sub-contractor, and supplier.ny type of task activity shall done in accordance with the required regulation, standard, code, rules and company internal or external / client safe work instructions which is valid at the mentioned project/site.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of this procedure is to ensure the HES management system is implemented and maintain safe work practice by personnel’s, maintain a safe work environment condition and safe condition of tools used to execute the task.
Every work step shall be identified, measured, preventive planned, especially on to critical task (task with hazard potentials)
To ensure that the HES performance is maintains at the best possible position may achieve.
